You are required to be in person. Qualification: Graduate with a strong academic background in Organizational Behaviour. Must have previous experience in course development with a focus on leadership.Previous teaching assistant experience in a OB/HRM course highly preferred. Previous experience is the more relevant criterion than the need to acquire experience in respect of this posted position.Class Schedule: Courses may be online or in person depending on circumstances, so candidates must be available and comfortable with both. Sessional dates of appointment: Jan 1, 2026 - Apr 30, 2026 Salary: The minimum hourly rate shall be: September 1, 2025 $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay January 1, 2026 $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay September 1, 2026 $55.25 plus 4% vacation pay NOTES: This job is posted in accordance with the CUPE 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement.
