Qualification:
- Graduate with a strong academic background in Organizational Behaviour
- Must have previous experience in course development with a focus on leadership
- Previous teaching assistant experience in an OB/HRM course highly preferred; experience is a more relevant criterion than lack of experience
Class Schedule: Courses may be online or in person depending on circumstances, so candidates must be available and comfortable with both.
Sessional dates of appointment: Jan 1, 2026 - Apr 30, 2026
Minimum hourly rate: September 1, 2025 $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay; January 1, 2026 $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay; September 1, 2026 $55.25 plus 4% vacation pay.
NOTES: This job is posted in accordance with the CUPE 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement. It is understood that some announcements of vacancies are tentative, pending final course determinations and enrolment.
