Your success stems from your efficient support with daily clerical tasks and focuses on excellent customer service. You have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and motivated team who all contribute to the achievement of business goals. Accountabilities: Answer an expected 100+ call reception with efficiency and professionalism Reconcile billing statements and payments Accurate data entry on customer files Complete weekly mailouts, approximately 250/week Provide assistance in the coordination of functions and events Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement business Our Team Environment Our customers come from all walks of life, and so do we.
