Details: HRCE is inviting qualified School Psychologists to express their interest in being considered for positions for the 2026-2027 school year by applying to this posting. This is an itinerant/circuit position within the Halifax Regional Centre for Education. If offered a contract, recipients will be advised in the Spring of the applicable staffing process and timelines to secure a School Psychologist position within HRCE schools for September 2026. Candidates seeking immediate School Psychologist opportunities for long term substitute and term positions may also apply to positions available in a number of our 136 school locations under the School Psychologist job category at jobs. Postings continue weekly. Applications are reviewed regularly and candidates may be contacted prior to the posting close date to complete a virtual interview. The School Psychologist provides specialized knowledge and skills in the area of psycho-educational assessment, behavioral intervention and consultation in relation to curriculum and social outcomes for students.
