The Territory Manager is accountable for delivering volume, distribution, and shelf execution outcomes that grow Moosehead's presence and performance in all channel Share svg.facebook_fill .st0{fill:#3B5998;} svg.linkedin_fill .st0{fill:#007BB6;} svg.email_fill .st0{fill:#09B0FF;} svg.email_fill .st1{fill:#FFFFFF;} What you'll do Responsibilities Deliver territory volume targets within allocated resources, with primary focus on retailDrive incremental volume growth across existing retail customers; develop on-premise where strategically relevantAchieve distribution targets and improve shelf position, facings, displays, and in-store executionOwn retail execution standards including shelf, display, pricing, and point-of-saleDevelop and execute a structured call cycle aligned with company standards using CRM and route planning toolsChampion brand, product, and promotional education with retail customers and store teamsManage fixed territory budgets to maximize return on investment and volume growth to planBuild, maintain, and deepen relationships with key retail customers and stakeholdersExecute merchandising to maximize brand visibility and impact in storeImplement national and regional programs with consistency and attention to detailEnsure compliance with established sales processes and execution standardsOwn all administrative responsibilities including call reporting, business planning, forecasting, expense management, and assigned projectsAnalyze territory sales data and trends to generate insights and support sound commercial decision-makingAct responsibly and professionally at all times with respect to the consumption and promotion of Moosehead products and all alcoholic beverages, in accordance with company policy and applicable regulationsDemonstrate a mindset of continuous improvement, ownership, and accountability What you'll need Qualifications 1-3 years of sales experience within beverage alcohol or consumer packaged goodsDemonstrated interest in beer; product knowledge and category curiosity considered a strong assetDegree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent professional experienceStrong analytical capability, including comfort working with quantitative sales dataAbility to work flexible hours as business needs requireExcellent time management and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize company and regional objectives in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with standard business and sales productivity tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM platformsPhysically capable of lifting up to 20 kilograms in the course of building and merchandising displaysAccess to a reliable vehicle with valid insurance and a clean driver's license; driver's abstract required A little bit about us Moosehead Breweries Limited Moosehead Breweries is the last major brewery in Canada still owned by Canadians.
