Office Manager Location: MarkhamPay rate: Up to $80,000 (depending on experience) Hours: 8AM – 4:30PM Monday to Friday Benefits/Vacation/Yearly Bonus 100% in office Requirements: •Prior experience in the fire protection industry • Experience with MS office (word, Excel) Adobe – Blue Beam and Quick books an asset • Comfortable wearing multiple "hats" • Excellent organization and communicationDuties: • Administrative duties – account management and file management• Responsible for billing – entering invoices into database and submissions • Preparing quotes for services, sending to clients • Following up on invoice and payments • Scheduling field techs and services • Attending morning meets with managers to reiterate daily priorities • Continues communication with subcontractor, techs, managers, and 3rd party accounting firm • Following up on contracts and jobs • Being up to date and “in the know” on all active projects
