What you’ll be doing: Consult with leaders, hiring managers and the People and Culture team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies. Develop, execute and monitor recruitment plans, using a collaborative approach with key stakeholders. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Continuously foster strong networks and actively build and maintain a talent pipeline of candidates. Support processing for employee life events, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, promotions, secondments, and employee transfers. Facilitate and support hiring managers on job offers to candidates. Promote employment opportunities at Career Fairs and on multiple social media platforms. Collaborate with the workforce planning team to identify and develop future workforce profile requirements for their job family. Understand the business context, labour market and trends to develop and implement strategies for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talented and qualified candidates. Support organizational leaders through all stages of the recruitment process including identifying required skills, creating interview questions, conducting interviews, making selection decisions, and making employment offers. Coach leaders to develop recruitment skills. Identify and implement recruitment efficiencies. Leverage data and conduct environmental scans proactively to identify trends and develop strategies. Develop intense knowledge of the assigned market areas to influence and guide active recruitment strategies. Create deep relationships with all leaders with assigned market areas in order to add increased value to the recruitment, hiring and onboarding experience.  What you bring:  Education and Designations Undergraduate degree or diploma in a related field, including Human Resources, Business Administration Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is preferred.  Experience  2-4 years of direct full cycle recruitment consulting experience. Experience recruiting in the financial institution sector is an asset.  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities  Strong interview, negotiation and influencing skills.  Excellent verbal and written communication, marketing, presentation, and interpersonal skills  Demonstrated passion for recruiting and exemplary customer service.  Strong sourcing and social media platform skills.  Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience with social media recruiting.  Ability to engage and assess candidates against position requirements and Servus culture adds.  Experience working with technology tools related to applicant tracking system, candidate database and reporting.  Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Applicant Tracking Systems.  Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.  High degree of initiative, attention to details and results driven.  Exemplary member service that focuses on demonstrating a genuine concern for understanding needs and exceeding expectations.  Approaches challenges and opportunities with creative solutions to problems and offers detailed, well-articulated explanations.  Strong understanding of employment laws, diversity and inclusion principles and a solid working knowledge of employment programs.  Strong consulting, time management and ability to achieve results, given the high volume of recruitment activities.  Leads through Servus' aspirational values of smart, gutsy and driven.
