Custodial Services Worker Lead

Job DescriptionCustodial Supervisor position- Full Time- Friday to Tuesday- Afternoon shift. The Custodial Services Lead Worker cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction and may be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the cleaning services operation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.Job ResponsibilitiesSchedules and assigns daily work assignments to a custodial team and leads all aspects of completion of tasksAdheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulationsMaintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of othersAccurately cleans and maintains housekeeping equipmentCleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirementsFollows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areasReports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnelSecures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as requiredEnsures security of company assetsAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.QualificationsPrevious custodial experience requiredPrevious experience in a supervisory or related role preferredMust have the ability to work independently with limited supervisionAble to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicalsMaintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workersAdaptable to guest needsThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
