If so, consider the following opportunity: Senior Manager, Field Sales As Senior Manager, Field Sales, you will report to the Director, Field Sales. You will oversee team performance, drive sales KPIs, and ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence within the Single Family Unit (SFU) segment. Your role includes managing Door-to-Door Client Account Specialists and Area Managers to meet sales targets and implement new strategies. Strong cross-functional collaboration and advanced product and sales process knowledge are essential. You will monitor metrics and provide coaching to support team success. What you'll be doingDrive sales productivity and grow market share across the GTA RegionProvide effective coaching and support for Field Sales Area Managers and frontline representatives.Develop and execute sales plans by utilizing targeted lead strategies to meet or surpass sales and revenue objectives.Ensure achievement of key business indicators by developing strategies focused on sales acquisition, effective territory coverage, Average Revenue Per Account, multi-product bundle sales, self-installation, employee retention, and service level excellence.Ensure that Sales Area Managers and Representatives understand their daily, weekly, and monthly objectives, and have a clear vision of the Business goals and objectivesEnsure high level lead list compliance in Salesforce CRM tool and ensure 100 % Salesforce utilization by Client Account Specialists and Area ManagersConfirm that all team members are well-versed in Rogers’ product offerings, branding, and current promotions. Validate all ongoing reporting of sales and other metrics as directed.Work closely with the Director, Field Sales to identify and address process gaps and barriers to sales performance.Ensure training completion, daily participation leading to high levels of product and sales knowledge What you'll bringMinimum of five years’ experience leading sales teams, ideally in a direct sales setting.A proven record of direct sales coaching and performance management in a leadership role.Experience in developing and executing effective sales strategies.Consistent achievement and surpassing of sales quotas through metrics-based management, coaching, and performance oversight.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Post-secondary degree or diploma in a business-related field, or equivalent certification, is an asset.Compensation and BenefitsFull-time employment with Rogers Communications.Comprehensive training on Rogers products.Attractive compensation package, including base salary and commissions.Car allowance.Medical and dental benefits effective from day one of employment.Fifty percent discount on all Rogers Communications services.Access to multiple wealth-accumulation programs.Tablet and smartphone provided for business use.
