We put you first and foster a family-like environment where collaboration, trust, and mutual support are at the heart of everything we do: Profit sharing planTelemedicine, Group insurance and pension plan with company contributions Accessible gym space or annual flexible reimbursement program Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people) Base salary range for Maintenance Manager between $100,000 and $125,000 CAD At our facility in Vaughan you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging sector as the Maintenance Manager : Lead and manage a team of maintenance members (25 ppl), providing guidance, training, and performance evaluationsDevelop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiencyManage maintenance budgets, including cost control, procurement of supplies, and inventory of spare parts and toolsEnsure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of safetyIdentify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives, staying updated on advancements in maintenance technology and lean manufacturing principlesImplementation of a vigorous asset management system, utilization of maintenance records for evaluation and refinement, and optimization of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) are key responsibilities Bring out the best in yourself Every day, our colleagues choose to respect their true nature by contributing with passion to our mission.
