Position Summary We are recruiting an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada . Responsibilities The Assistant Branch Manager will provide assistance to the Branch Manager in discharging management duties including financial and asset management, human resource management, training and mentoring, managing quality and service, executing sales and marketing plans. This is an enterprise level job in environments with head counts in excess of 30 employees. Requirements Indipendent Adjusting Lisence CIP or FCIP preferred Minimum 10 years combined technical claims handling/supervisory experience in commercial and property service line. Post-secondary education. Technical training related to business unit/service line. Continuous interaction with employees, customers, and clients for the exchange of information often requiring analysis of alternative courses of action.
