Job Status: Open Position Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations in a premium specialty retail environment. The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and managing all aspects of people leadership, operations, and store standards.Salary:  $56,000 - $68,000 Yearly 1. Leadership & Team Management Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing store opening/closing procedures and holding full keyholder responsibilityLead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targetsRecruit, onboard, train, and develop team members, fostering a positive, inclusive, high-performing cultureDevelop team product knowledge and customer service skillsConduct team meetings to communicate goals, priorities, and updatesSupport team engagement and career growth initiatives 2. Customer Experience & Store Operations Deliver and model exceptional, personalized customer serviceResolve escalated customer concerns and returns professionallyRepresent company values and products as a brand ambassadorSupport B2B and corporate sales opportunities, including bulk ordersOversee day-to-day store operations, inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentationCollaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and seasonal initiativesMaintain health, safety, and compliance standards 3.
