What you bring to the roleOver 10 years of experience in change management, HR transformation, or organizational design.Proven success in project management, delivering projects on-time, on-budget, and to specifications, with expertise in stakeholder and risk management.Strong client-facing skills with a focus on relationship management and business development.Ability to develop and maintain relationships in the Vancouver market with key clients. Consulting experience in human resources transformation and organizational change management.Excellent knowledge of project management and facilitation techniques.Broad business management experience in consulting or corporate environments.University degree in business management, behavioral sciences, or related fields; in management, organizational behavior, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred.Preferred accreditations in project/change management (PROSCI, PMP, MSP).At times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job.
