Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Is this role right for you? In this role you will:Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of hybrid cloud platforms across on-premises environments and public cloud (Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure)Architect, build, and operate on-prem Kubernetes clusters managed with Rancher, ensuring high availability, security, and scalabilityDesign and oversee managed Kubernetes platforms in the cloud (GKE / AKS) for production workloadsBuild and operate cloud-native and serverless solutions using Cloud Run and Azure-native servicesArchitect and optimize data and analytics platforms, including BigQuery and Azure data servicesGood knowledge of network and connectivity architecture, including VPC/VNet design, private connectivity, routing, and firewall controlsGood knowledge of cloud security, IAM, and zero-trust architectures across hybrid environmentsEstablish Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and automation standardsEnsure reliability, observability, and cost optimization of platforms in productionProvide technical leadership and governance, including architecture reviews, mentorship, and stakeholder collaborationOversee delivery of platform key projectsCollaborate with business / application development teams to ensure the platform can support the business logic and support application workloads effectively.Automate product development life cycle.Monitor and troubleshoot platform builds to ensure optimal performance and availability. Ensure upgrades are handled in a timely manner which helps in reducing EOL currency issues.Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
