Sr. Project Manager Back to All Jobs [social_share] Our client requires an experienced Project Manager with extensive experience managing modernization and legacy system replacement projects for public sector organizations. This role will be responsible for leading both the project and change aspects of Maximo solution deployments—while ensuring a high standard of quality throughout. Additionally, the role will lead and manage the end-to-end realization of the solution, from design through to testing and go-live deployment. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in Change Management processes, including experience with implementation challenges and strategies for effective resolution Work is hybrid with up to 3 days onsite at client location in Toronto, ON. Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid) Mandatory Requirements PMP® certification from PMI (Current Status: Active / In good standing). 10+ years progressive project management experience on large-scale IT projects using traditional and innovative methodologies, including agile, waterfall, and iterative approaches with associated tools. 10+ years’ experience in government/public sector settings on modernization and legacy system replacement projects. 10+ years’ experience working with technical and business teams on AODA compliance, Security Threat and Risk Assessment (STRA), and Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA). Experience with contract negotiations, procurement procedures, and vendor/contract management for IT business solution delivery. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident communicating with business partners, leadership, and vendors. Tenacious and willing to support the team during peak volumes and workloads. Strong in process management and controls to minimize risk exposure. Ability to achieve business objectives through influencing and effective stakeholder collaboration, including organizational change management.
