Responsibilities: Develop leads, identify customer needs and sell appropriate home and auto insurance solutions Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service Respond to inquiries in the areas of coverage, claims and billing Complete policy updates and changes Work with the agent to establish and meet personal and office goals Requirements: OTL or RIBO license required Outside sales or service experience  Successful track record of meeting sales goals preferred Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Proactive in problem-solving Dedicated to customer service Ability to multi-task Ability to make presentations to potential customers What We Offer: Base salary commensurate with experience Uncapped commission Paid training and license fees Positive work environment Annual bonus opportunities Paid vacation * signing bonus may be available depending on industry experience These positions are with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network, not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries.
