Job DescriptionWe are seeking a kitchen supervisor for our Southport location. Shifts are Mon to Fri, 5 AM - 1:30 PM. In this role, you will lead food production for breakfast and lunch service for about 75 - 100 diners.Job ResponsibilitiesLead kitchen team to produce all menu items efficiently and consistently based on cyclical menu and recipes (soups, daily menus, entrees, vegetables, sauces, gravies, etc.)Ensure all kitchen duties are assigned and completed.Train, mentor and develop the skills of all culinary team members alongside fellow Kitchen SupervisorsEnsure that all food remains eye-appealing and replenished throughout the serviceTear down line after service either storing correctly or disposing of productClean line and grill areaEnsure that correct storage conditions for products such as meats, produce, and dairy are maintainedOther duties as assigned by Manager.Qualifications2-year Cooking diploma or Journeyman’s cook certification (copies of diploma/ red seal will be required)At least 3 years experience in a supervisory role in a kitchenCurrent Safe Food Handlers Certificate or willingness to get oneSuccessful Government ClearanceReliable transportation is a must#ACAN200EducationAbout AramarkNorthern Europe - Our MissionRooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.Northern Europe - About AramarkAramark is a leading service and solutions provider in Northern Europe.
