We’re looking for a Program Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, learner-focused environment and loves being at the heart of Executive Education.As a Program Assistant, you’ll be the first point of connection for faculty and participants, providing guidance, information, and high-quality support that helps Executive Education programs run seamlessly. You’ll keep operations humming by coordinating administrative processes, preparing materials, responding to inquiries, planning and executing events, and ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish for our clients.You’ll also put your analytical skills to work by compiling data, conducting basic research, and supporting decision-making that strengthens programs and drives continuous improvement. Whether you’re supporting instructors, helping participants navigate their learning journey, or collaborating with colleagues across TRSM, you’ll play a vital role in shaping career-advancing, leadership-building programs that empower professionals from around the world.If you’re organized, enjoy working on multiple initiatives, and excited to contribute to the success of Executive Education at TRSM, this role offers a front-row seat to impact, innovation, and lifelong learning.QualificationsTo help us learn more about you, please provide a cover letter and resume describing how you meet the following required qualifications:Completion of a post-secondary diploma in office administration, business administration or a related field.Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role within an office environment. Experience with database applications. Salesforce and Blackthorn user experience is preferred.Experience in word processing, report preparation, data visualization, use of Canva for presentations, office procedures/practices, scheduling, and event coordination.Experience organizing events involving external partners.Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), Google Workspace as well as administrative, client service, oral, and written communication, and time management skills.Equivalent experience or a combination of equivalent experience and education may be accepted in place of education.
