You approach the problem at hand from a strategic and empathetic point of view.What You'll Be Doing:Using heavy equipment including but not limited to: forklift, power jack and pallet jack.Using Fishbowl inventory software to transfer inventory between buildings.Assist other departments in acquisition and locating products within the warehouse facilities.Optimize product utilization through inventory organization and FIFO practices.Maintain inventory lists and complete on-site inventory checks as needed and requested by Production and Purchasing.Make small deliveries and pick up around the city with our delivery van.Other tasks assigned to support Warehouse and other Production departmentsWhat We Are Looking For:Experience using a pallet power jack and forklift truck.Valid Class 5 Drivers license.Ability to work in a high-paced warehouse environment with strict deadlines.Attention to detail, care, and meticulousness.Ability to stand on your feet for 10-hour long shifts.Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs (23 kgs)Friday to Tuesday schedule, 8am - 4pm but subject to change as required based on operational needs.A team-orientation person with a positive attitude, who is always seeking personal and professional growth.Ability to commute to our 1195 Charles St, Vancouver location.What You Can Expect:Hourly Wage: $21.78 per hourAn energetic, inclusive workplace where your voice matters and your contributions drive real impact.Comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days.Exclusive food perks that let you experience our amazing products.The opportunity to be part of a certified B-Corporation making a tangible difference in sustainable food systems.Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box.
