**Your Role in Our Journey**

In the position of **Warehouse Associate**, you will play a key role in the growth of the company through the efficient processing of orders while providing exceptional customer care for our online and retail customers. As part of the team, you will maintain inventory organization and contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse and fulfillment process. **The Impact You Could Have**

**Warehouse Associate**
- **Customer Orders**: Organize, prioritize, and process daily online orders accurately and efficiently, using technology and software for order tracking, processing, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- **Order Fulfillment**:Prepare shipper bags/boxes, pick products, pack orders, and prepare shipping paperwork to maintain a streamlined fulfillment process.
- **Product Packaging & Display**: Label or sticker product packages for distribution; build and pack Point of Purchase (POP) displays and pack with inventory for B2B retail customers.
- **Pallet & Retailer Shipments**: Prepare palletized and bulk shipments for major B2B accounts in accordance with account-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- **Receiving**: Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and quality, document damages/discrepancies, and replenish stock following best practices.
- **Inventory Management**: Participate in regular cycle counts and full inventory counts; assist with product and packaging quality control; report low stock or discrepancies.
- **Warehouse Organization**: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse to optimize workflow and meet safety guidelines.
- **Equipment & Safety**: Safely operate ladders, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools; adhere to all safety protocols and participate in ongoing safety initiatives.
- **Collaboration & Workflow Optimization**: Work with team members to improve procedures and enhance overall efficiency in fulfillment and inventory processes.
- **General Duties**: Assist with administrative or organizational tasks as needed; adapt to changing priorities and seasonal/promotional workload deadlines.
- **Back Up Coverage**: Provide support to other warehouse or customer service roles to ensure consistent customer care.

**The Experience You’ll Bring**
- Minimum 1-year prior warehouse or retail stockroom experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while mínimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
- Positive, reliable, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes/products up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending and reaching for extended periods.
- Willingness to use a ladder, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Computer skills for order processing and inventory management (ERP/Shopify experience an asset).
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Interest in supporting people with their menstrual health & period care
