With strong technical expertise, this individual will analyze processes, develop control strategies, and implement adjustments to optimize performance. They will monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose concrete solutions to enhance efficiency, stability, and quality, while reducing costs and maintaining a safe and environmentally respectful workplace.In parallel, the specialist will contribute to the design of equipment and control systems, relying on a deep understanding of plant operations.
