This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated accounting professional to play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting business performance across a growing national brand. You'll be responsible for full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and payroll, while also contributing to ongoing analysis and operational improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle accounts payable, invoicing, and vendor reconciliationsPerform bank, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reconciliationsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsHandle GST and other government filings with accuracy and timelinessSet up and map general ledger accounts in line with company structurePrepare and analyze profit and loss statementsMonitor and analyze monthly operating results, identify variances, and provide management with value-added reportingCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational improvements and cost controlAssist with WCB reportingProcess payroll as neededUse advanced Excel functions to support analysis and reportingMaintain strong attention to detail and organizational accuracy in all administrative and accounting functionsWhat You Bring to the TableUndergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related disciplineCPA designation required3–5 years of relevant accounting experienceIn-depth knowledge of Sage 300 is requiredStrong understanding of financial accounting principlesExperience in retail, franchising, or multi-location operations is an assetProficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills required)Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solvingWhat We OfferAn opportunity to work with a nationally recognized Canadian brandA collaborative and supportive Head Office team environmentThe chance to contribute meaningfully to our growing company and franchise networkReady to Blend Your Expertise with Purpose?Apply today and be part of something refreshing.Booster Juice is an equal opportunity employer, committed to building an inclusive, diverse, and empowering workplace.
