Contribute to the project master plan for CMMS-related projects.  Collaborate with teams to align maintenance schedules with production.  Plan work for extended shutdowns (summer/winter).  Participate in preparing strategic plans and communications.  Ensure tracking of deliverables, risks, and resources to meet deadlines and budget.  Manage priorities and ensure clear communication.  Prepare executive presentations and lead project review meetings.  Document and optimize maintenance processes.  Implement standard processes to ensure quality and harmonization.  Track KPIs and propose improvements.  Standardize inventory management and maintenance request workflows.  Assist in the development and implementation of digital tools (Power BI, Power Apps), automation solutions, and AI-driven applications to optimize processes.  Create and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Excel).  Contribute to digital architecture (Maximo, IoT, QR codes).  Integrate maintenance data into centralized tools.  Train and support users.  Identify technical issues and propose solutions.  How to thrive in this role? Leadership and organizational skills.  Proficiency in CMMS systems (Maximo) and digital tools (Power BI, Excel).  Strong process analysis and change management skills.  Clear communication and ability to lead meetings.  Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.  Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, maintenance, or logistics.  5–8 years of experience in project management or maintenance planning.  Knowledge of CMMS systems and digital tools.  Ability to develop digital tools (Power BI, Power Apps), automation solutions, and AI-driven applications to optimize processes (asset).  Interest in IoT and smart planning tools (an asset).  Bilingual (French/English) preferred.  Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team Please note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position.
