Location Name : RESIDENCE MEMPHRÉMAGOG Location City : Magog Job Status : Permanent: Full Time Job Schedule : Evening Hours per week : 40 Purpose of the position We are currently looking for an empathetic Beneficiary Attendant who cares about the well-being of residents.The resident attendant sees to the comfort, well-being, safety and general needs of residents by providing them with hygiene and comfort care. Evening schedule, full time and every other weekend. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse. Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations Proactively assist and support the residents Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
