Location Name : HAVRE DES CANTONS Location City : Magog Job Status : Permanent: Full Time Job Schedule : Night time Hours per week : 40 Purpose of the position The Havre des Cantons residence offers a friendly atmosphere where it is stimulating to work. We have a dedicated and caring team for independent elderly people with a slight loss of autonomy.Schedule: a permanent full-time night position with every other weekend. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse. Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training) Respond to all emergency situations The ideal person has : Ease with and affinity for people losing autonomy Have a strong interest in seniors Good listening skills Demonstrates integrity, empathy and autonomy Punctuality and reliability Adapt to changes Pride in ones work Required qualifications : Formation of PDSB Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training Law 90 training (an asset) What will you be offered : Free parking Uniform provided Vacation A welcoming and tight-knit team COGIR Real Estate promotes access to equality in employment.
