Required Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of QA Processes, Testing Life Cycle, SDLC, Estimation, and Defect Management processes. Experience with Mainframe testing (Batch, Online & Database) and tools like File-Aid, File Manager, Star. Knowledge of Testing Methodologies (waterfall, iterative, agile) and Design techniques.
