They work closely with clients to understand specific needs and objectives, then develop integrated solutions using Rogers' standard products and services. The SA collaborates with Account Executives, and other teams to identify customer business issues, present value propositions, and ensure successful implementation. They contribute to revenue growth by meeting or exceeding defined sales targets while creating positive customer experiences.   Key AccountabilitiesProvide pre-sales technical advisory services to sales teamsConduct product demonstrations and presentationsAnalyze and understand customer requirementsDesign and architect solutionsCollaborate with internal teamsAssist with project cost and resource estimationProvide technical diagrams and documentationInterface with key decision-makers (CIO to IT staff) of current & potential customersUnderstand customer business goalsBuild relationships of trust and act as a trusted advisorParticipate in technology assessmentsCollaborate on roadmaps and planningHandle technical concerns and objectionsDesign differentiated technical solutionsCreate customized solutions and designsEvaluate and select appropriate technologiesProvide technical guidance  4-6 Customer-facing meetings and proposal developmentParticipate in discovery sessions and proposal presentationsDevelop proposals in partnership with Account ExecutivesAdvance solution specifications internally for product fulfillmentGain and maintain deep product knowledge  Required Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred but not essentialUnderstanding and design of APNsKnowledge of configuring associated technical parameters such as IP type (IPv4, IPv6), BGP, and DNS server settings.5+ years of progressive experience in solution architecture or related rolesStrong technical background in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and networkingProficiency in architectural frameworks and methodologiesExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Knowledge of security best practices and data integrationExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, changing environmentFrench preferred but not mandatory Working ConditionsTravel to customer offices requiredAbility to work from Rogers offices 4-5 days per week Not sure if you should apply for this role?
