Our OTs provide individual and program-based assessments and treatments for auto carriers, life insurance companies, the legal community, employers and government agencies. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated independent Occupational Therapist to help us service our disability management and employer services contracts in the Greater Toronto Area and the Durham region, conducting the following assessments:Cognitive Job Demand AnalysisFunctional Job AnalysisFunctional and cognitive work capacity assessmentsErgonomic assessments + follow-upsHospital Discharges and in-home assessmentsCognitive and functional job coachingKey qualifications:Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario3+ years of experience conducting ergonomic assessmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.Must follow Service Level Agreement scheduling and reporting timelines Remuneration options:Flat rateFee for ServiceInclusion We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive.
