We’re seeking a Butcher to join us at Banff Hospitality Collective Banff Hospitality Collective or as we like to call it ‘BHC’, is a multi-concept restaurant and entertainment company with 17 venues and counting. All our venues are unique in their own right but have a few things in common: 1. They are all located in downtown Banff. 2. Serve amazing food and beverage 3. We Love Perks This Position Includes:Great wages starting at $18.00 - 24.50/hr. + tipsAffordable staff housing - live for less than $20 a dayReferral Bonus Program | Bring a friend, get a bonusWicked staff discounts including 25% off food at all BHC venues + moreOpportunities for growth & advancement across unique venuesHealth benefits plan available after 6 months of employmentWork with a company that intentionally gets you outside as well as gives back to the communityWhat You'll Do:Assist in butchery operations across Banff Hospitality Collective venuesWork with the Chef team to maintain kitchen organization, efficiency, and quality standardsManage food records, minimize waste, and ensure proper food storageEnforce sanitary practices, maintain kitchen and butchery equipment, and ensure compliance with regulationsPerform other assigned dutiesWhat You Have:1 - 2 years of culinary experience requiredButchery certification is an assetAbility to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards for H&S practices You have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of effective communication and workplace cultureFlexible schedule requiredA valid driver’s license is considered an asset, but not required
