Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Project Manager specialized in site development to join our dynamic team. The incumbent will be responsible for the design, planning and supervision of site development projects, ensuring compliance with technical and environmental standards.Primary Responsibilities Design and develop site development plans, taking into account technical, environmental and regulatory aspectsSupervise work in the field and ensure site follow-upCollaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with project specificationsPrepare and submit the necessary technical documents to the relevant authorities to obtain the necessary permits and approvalsManage resources and budget allocated to site development projectsEnsure clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the projectQualificationsDegree in civil engineering or related disciplineSignificant previous experience in the design and management of site development projectsAdvanced skills in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) and site modeling softwareDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and manage several projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in FrenchFor more information, you may contact Ibrahima Amadou LY#LI-HybridAt CIMA+, we value diversity of talent and perspective.
