This role is key to ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality asphalt production while supporting daily plant operations and delivering excellent service to our customers. Responsibliies: Operate plant controls to produce hot-mix asphalt according to specificationsAssist with daily plant operations, maintenance, and repairsProvide timely and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholdersOperate heavy equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and trucksComply with Environmental, Health & Safety policies and identify potential hazardsTravel to other plant locations as required by production schedulesRequirements: Previous experience batching in a constructions materials environment (concrete, asphalt, pre-cast or aggregates) or asphalt plant operations preferredAbility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysStrong communication skills and mechanical aptitudeBasic computer skills and ability to perform mathematical calculationsValid G-class driver’s licenseWelding experience is an assetFlexibility to travel to support operational needs This job posting reflects an existing vacancy.
