The most important aspect of our company’s operations is our dedicated people; our people will always be the source of our success and their safety and health will always come first.We are currently seeking Heavy Duty Mechanics-Journeyman or Apprentice to join our team in our Bonnyville Terminal.Join our team today – apply nowPosition: Heavy Duty Mechanic- Journeyman or ApprenticeType: FulltimeLocation: Bonnyville, AlbertaPay: Commensurate with education and experienceDuties and Responsibilities Fleet maintenance.Diagnose and repair diesel/gas engines and commercial trailers.Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems.Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.Record and maintain accurate work orders.Complete ‘Commercial Vehicle Inspections’Maintain preventative maintenance program.QualificationsHeavy Equipment Tech (HET) Journeyman Red Seal or an apprentice at any level or willing to enroll in apprenticeship program.High school diploma with minimum of 2 years’ working experience.Valid Class 5 licenseBasic set of hand tools required.Organizational, Interpersonal, and communication skills.Strong work ethic, to work independently and within team.A wide array of knowledge and experience with toolsFamiliar with the latest vehicle diagnostic equipmentExperience in preventative maintenance including electrical, interior, air brake, tire, and body maintenance.Benefits:Competitive wages that reflect your skill and experienceComprehensive group health benefits (with a health spending account)Tool and Safety AllowanceComprehensive training and education programsEmployee Assistance programYear-round workWork life Balance.
