Truck Zone has an opportunity for a highly motivated Heavy-Duty Technician Apprentice 2nd year or Journeyman, to join our Bonnyville location. Our new Team member would be performing skilled tasks in the mechanical repair and maintenance of medium to heavy duty vehicles, trailers, and specialized equipment when necessary. They would be inspecting, analyzing, troubleshooting, dismantling, aligning, assembling, and adjusting mechanical equipment and machinery to maintain it in efficient operating condition. The ideal candidate is committed to safety, excellence, teamwork, providing solutions and adaptability.

Role Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in the Apprenticeship program
  • Possess a valid driver's license, Class 1 or 3 with Q endorsement is an asset
  • Proven mechanical abilities in hydraulics, electrical and engine repair
  • Strong diagnostic capabilities
  • Experience with routine maintenance operations.
  • Must provide own tools
