We’re looking for a Compliance Testing Analyst to join our Integrated Compliance Services (ICS) team at MBPS. In this role, you will directly report to the Team Lead/Assistant Manager of Testing. The Senior Analyst will support testing, monitoring, and quality assurance tasks in Asia.Position Responsibilities: Support and implement the annual testing plan, offering solutions to enhance business processes and best practices.Prepare and conduct testing activities, including creating templates, gathering data, and drafting reports.Assist in preparing training materials and presentations for management.Research regulations and maintain communication with regulatory personnel and stakeholders to ensure compliance.Document testing workflows and processes; handle additional compliance testing requests as needed.Required Qualifications: Minimum 2-3 years of related financial services experienceStrong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, excellent English proficiency in writing and communication, and adept in report writing. Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new compliance systems.Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or related coursePreferred Qualifications: Compliance, testing, insurance, banking, internal or external audit experience is preferred Good interpersonal skills, adaptable to change, culturally aware, and effective in negotiating, influencing, and relationship-building. Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance concepts.Capable of working independently, under pressure, and with minimal supervision.
