As part of the software and controls specialist portfolio, you will be responsible for; Programmable Logix Controllers, Automation Software, Information Software, Process control and associated complementary product and solution offerings. Key Responsibilities: Sales Development: Build relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify opportunities to grow sales within assigned territories by prospecting, networking, and following up on leads. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Provide feedback to product management and marketing teams to improve offerings and address customer needs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Electrical Technologist, or related discipline) or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a technical role (internships or co-op experience considered). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about complex products and solutions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to take on challenges. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory of Alberta. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the electrical, automation, or energy industries. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
