This role is field-based and reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager. This position covers the Ontario North territory, including North Sudbury and surrounding areas extending as far as Sault Ste. Marie and North Bay. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for executing strategic business plans that drive customer engagement and maximize the value of GSK’s innovative portfolio. You will lead business development initiatives, foster meaningful customer relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies. Your ability to demonstrate business acumen, communicate effectively, and work autonomously will be critical to success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), marketing, and other internal partners, to support GSK’s mission to help Canadians do more, feel better, and live longer.Details (Your Responsibilities) Developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve sales targets within your assigned territoryBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals to support their needs and improve patient outcomesCommunicating product information effectively and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needsUsing data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize territory performanceCollaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and achieve business goalsManaging resources effectively to create value for customers and drive business successEnsuring all activities align with internal compliance and regulatory standardsBasic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or related field Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticalsValid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territoryStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to analyze data and use insights to inform strategy and decision-making Preferred Qualifications: Experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare industryExperience selling to specialists or running key account activitieProven ability to create and execute territory business plansSkills interpreting scientific data and translating it for customersComfort with omnichannel engagement methods and digital customer interactionsStrong analytical skills to use data for decision-makingA local presence in Ontario and familiarity with the region’s healthcare system ***This position requires the employee to drive routinely on company business and allows for the provision of a company-leased vehicle. The annual compensation for this role is CAD82,000 to CAD132,000 , determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
