As a member of the Corporate Functions Solution team, you will support the corporate teams in delivering technological solutions.ABOUT YOUR ROLE As a Senior Analyst, Corporate Functions Solutions Delivery, you’ll: Gather, understand, analyze, and manage business requirements to deliver, improve, and operate viable solutions aligned with the group's directionsClosely collaborate with team members and product managers from the delivery teamSupport business partners in their operations and processes under the team's responsibilityTake charge of the analysis of filesContribute to the creation of documentation that supports the team's activitiesCoordinate dependencies with various groups within the organizationActively participate in planning, review, and retrospective meetingsRefine stories and create acceptance criteria to facilitate the work transition to the development teamPrepare and perform quality assurance activities according to established standardsWHAT YOU’LL NEED Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent fieldA minimum of three (3) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience in a position as a business analyst or functional analystStrong problem-solving skills, initiative, and demonstrated curiosity to go beyond apparent facts and conduct thorough, factual, and value-added researchExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in an understandable manner to business partnersKnowledge of integrated management systems (ERP), human resources, or CRM is an assetKnowledge of best practices in IT solution designKnowledge of SQL query languages is an assetBilingualism: English and We offer a tailored employee experience and competitive total rewards and benefits package* designed to attract and retain global diverse talent, reward performance, and reinforce business strategies and priorities.
