Job DescriptionARAMARK Remote Workplace Services is seeking to hire a Logistics, Travel and Event Coordinator. The Logistics, Travel and Event Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the seamless movement of people, equipment, and resources while planning and executing exceptional events. This hybrid role combines operational precision with creative flair, managing everything from travel arrangements to event styling and marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and delivers memorable experiences from concept to completion.Applications that do not have resumes attached, will not be considered. Comprehensive benefit packages are offered. Transportation is provided out of Timmins or Cochrane, ON;Travel allowance is available for some areas that are further away.Rotation are 14 days on/ 14 days off.Please note all candidates considered for hire will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment D&A test and criminal background checkJob ResponsibilitiesTravel & Logistics Coordination• Arrange and manage all aspects of travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.• Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and prepare reports.• Monitor and resolve travel-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption.• Stay informed on travel regulations, industry trends, and cost-saving opportunities.Event Planning & Execution• Plan, organize, and execute events that align with client objectives and brand vision.• Manage event timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and on-site operations.• Style event spaces and camps, ensuring aesthetic and functional excellence.• Design culinary content and packaging for event menus and experiences.Marketing & Content Creation• Write, edit, and upload engaging content across digital platforms.• Create promotional materials, including posters and signage, to support event marketing campaigns.QualificationsOrganizational Excellence: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Communication: Clear, professional, and effective verbal and written communication skills.Experience: Previous experience in travel coordination, logistics, or event planning preferred.Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and implement timely solutions.Creativity: Skilled in designing engaging event experiences and marketing materials.Adaptability: Remains calm and flexible in fast-changing situations.Results-Driven: Ensures timely delivery of menus, posters, and signage.Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Office, design platforms, travel booking systems).This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
