Our Employee's job satisfaction is important to us. We are currently seeking an Estimator for our CSN Formula location. The Estimator is responsible for greeting customers, accurately assessing damage to vehicles, and providing repair estimates as per insurance guidelines and standards of Drive Autogroup. Job Duties: Examines damaged vehicle to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage. Estimates cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item. Reviews repair cost estimates with body shop manager. In the event of a disagreement with manager on repair cost, arranges to have damage appraised by another appraiser to resolve the situation. Determines feasibility of repair versus replacement of parts, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors. Evaluates practicality of repair as opposed to payment of vehicle market value before accident. Determines salvage value on total vehicle loss. Prepares insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimates and recommendations. Estimates cost of repainting, converting to special purposes, or customizing undamaged vehicles. Adhering to and applying insurance guidelines Engage in communications with insurance adjusters and customers throughout the repair process effectively and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma and certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 1-3 years of previous experience in an Estimating or similar role  Experience with collision management systems Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
