We are currently seeking an
**Estimator** for our
** CSN Formula **location. The Estimator is responsible for greeting customers, accurately assessing damage to vehicles, and providing repair estimates as per insurance guidelines and standards of Drive Autogroup.

**Job Duties**:

- Examines damaged vehicle to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage.
- Estimates cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item.
- Reviews repair cost estimates with body shop manager.
- In the event of a disagreement with manager on repair cost, arranges to have damage appraised by another appraiser to resolve the situation.
- Determines feasibility of repair versus replacement of parts, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors.
- Evaluates practicality of repair as opposed to payment of vehicle market value before accident.
- Determines salvage value on total vehicle loss.
- Prepares insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimates and recommendations.
- Estimates cost of repainting, converting to special purposes, or customizing undamaged vehicles.
- Engage in communications with insurance adjusters and customers throughout the repair process effectively and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma and certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of previous experience in an Estimating or similar role
- Experience with collision management systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent language and communication skills
- Mathematical skills
- Ability to solve problems and effectively deal with a variety of situations
