The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.Initial Posting Close Date – February 22nd 2026About This OpportunityReporting to the Warehouse Inventory Manager, the Inventory Control Analyst works within our warehouses managing and controlling inventory and working through process improvement as necessary.ResponsibilitiesDaily warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliationCount all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse on a daily basis, and reconcile against SAP inventory levelsResearch and reconcile daily inventory variancesReconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer systemIdentify and report close dated productManage, conduct, document and report on inventory audits of the distribution centers, production centers, equipment service centers and fleet shops. Lead exit conferences with managementIdentify and communicate common control opportunities to various levels of Operational Unit Management and ensure action plans are obtainable, implemented and sustainedReview and identify areas where Internal Controls can be improved or implemented at an appropriate cost/benefit relationshipBecome Subject Matter Expert on field level inventory Internal Controls in accordance with the Controls Policy and Procedures ManualPerform facility training on policies, procedures, and controlsManage annual independent inventory schedule for independent inventory counts for Cold Drink Equipment, Cold Drink Equipment Parts, Fleet Parts, Production Parts, Raw Materials, and Full GoodsReview Inventory Variance Reports monthly and work with Internal Control Director and OU Finance Directors to identify and resolve issuesAssist in standardizing and ensuring adherence to financial and operational control policies and proceduresAssist with the training and remediation of all internal control issues that are identifiedAssist Internal Controls Team and Security Manager on investigations of fraud as neededManage schedule for inventory training requirements based on annual schedule or as identified based on inventory resultsOther duties or special projects as assigned by the Director of Internal ControlsProper Documentation to support all audit activity (Internal Control Audits and Independent Counts)QualificationsPost-secondary education requiredBachelor's degree in accounting or Finance or Equivalent Business Experience preferred1 + years' relevant experience requiredExperience in Manufacturing, or Distribution and Warehouse Operations, Finance or Accounting, or Audit Experience preferredExperience in a sales, distribution or warehousing environment preferredSupervisory experience (asset)CPA certification (asset)Ability to periodically lift, push, pull 50+ pounds, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach Why work with us?Join a local, family-owned business that’s part of a globally recognized brand, where you can develop your capabilities, competencies, and career.Coke Canada has a culture of learning, and we offer several channels to support your development, including on-the-job training and a library of free courses for just-in-time learning.We are committed to offering a comprehensive benefits package designed to help our employees achieve their best physical, mental, financial, and overall health and well-being.
