Responsibilities Daily warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse on a daily basis and reconcile against SAP inventory levels Research and reconcile daily inventory variances Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system Identify and report close‑dated product Manage, conduct, document and report on inventory audits of the distribution centers, production centers, equipment service centers and fleet shops; lead exit conferences with management Identify and communicate common control opportunities to various levels of Operational Unit Management and ensure action plans are obtainable, implemented and sustained Review and identify areas where internal controls can be improved or implemented at an appropriate cost/benefit relationship Become subject matter expert on field‑level inventory internal controls in accordance with the Controls Policy and Procedures Manual Perform facility training on policies, procedures and controls Manage annual independent inventory schedule for independent inventory counts for Cold Drink Equipment, Cold Drink Equipment Parts, Fleet Parts, Production Parts, Raw Materials and Full Goods Review inventory variance reports monthly and work with Internal Control Director and OU Finance Directors to identify and resolve issues Assist in standardizing and ensuring adherence to financial and operational control policies and procedures Assist with the training and remediation of all internal control issues that are identified Assist Internal Controls Team and Security Manager on investigations of fraud as needed Manage schedule for inventory training requirements based on the annual schedule or as identified based on inventory results Other duties or special projects as assigned by the Director of Internal Controls Proper documentation to support all audit activity (internal control audits and independent counts) Qualifications Post‑secondary education required Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent business experience preferred 1+ years relevant experience required Experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing operations, finance or accounting, or audit experience preferred Experience in a sales, distribution or warehousing environment preferred Supervisory experience (asset) CPA certification (asset) Ability to periodically lift, push, pull 50+ pounds, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach Why work with us?
