The Scale Clerk plays an important role in weighing materials and providing customer service.What you’re responsible for:Greet customersWeigh materialsEnter delivery slips into the softwareAnswer phone calls and redirect them as neededPrepare shipping documentsTrack material shipmentsPrepare reportsQualificationsTo join our team:You have solid experience in customer service.You demonstrate a customer satisfaction-oriented approach.You have a good knowledge of Excel and are comfortable with computer tools.You are known for your thoroughness and attention to detail.You are skilled with computer software and systems.You excel at mental arithmetic and are comfortable with numbers.You have experience in the transportation industry (an asset).Additional InformationAmerican Iron & Metal (AIM) are an equal opportunity employer.
