Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Engineering is an asset, or equivalent work experience.Skilled in leading teams in medium to large warehouse operations, including planning, prioritizing, and driving performance.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and manage conflict effectively.Proven leadership in coaching, performance evaluation, and talent development.Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.Proficient in MS Office and familiar with industry-related software.Posting Details:Posting End Date: January 17, 2026Shift Information: Shift B Friday to Sunday 6:15am to 6:45pmLocation: American Drive Distribution Center - 3185 American Drive, Mississauga, ON L4V 1B8Number of Positions: 2 If you’re ready to bring your energy and passion, we’d love to hear from you.
