Order Fulfillment on time and in full, right the first time.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a high level of morale and dedication within the hourly staff at the Mississauga Distribution CentreProvide support and guidance to the Mississauga Logistics and CSR Specialists as requiredProvide support and guidance to the Shipping Office as required5%Daily Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operation of the Mississauga Distribution CentreReception and workload planning and executionCoaching and Developing of Hourly EmployeesManage KPI’S of Hourly EmployeesMaintain SOP’s accuracySupport Shipping office staff by trouble shooting system/order processing concernsEnsure customer returns managed dailyManage all transportation appointments inbounds and outbounds directly with carriersADHOC planning and supporting last minute urgenciesMaintaining Payroll in Kronos for Hourly StaffManaging Hourly Vacation and Absence scheduleOrdering of Supplies (Cheps, White Boards, Tape, Wrap, Plastic Pallets)Assist with any special project planning and execute any implementation as requiredOn floor support 70% and 30% administrative supportManage day to day communication with external and internal customers in an effective and timely mannerOwner and point of contact for any CBA related issuesMaintain Operating BudgetsOther Duties, Projects and requirements as identified by the business or leader40%Inventory Control’s Compliance & AccuracyExecute daily Cycle counting programConduct Inventory Counts and reconciliationsResponsible for accurate inventory controlsEnsure Inbound Receiving Accuracy and communicate effectively receiving errors to operatorsManage noncompliant receipts from production facilitiesVerification of Import products as arrive daily and communicate with Logistics and CSR SpecialistsEnsure product holds and releases are actioned as required, and communicatedEnsure notes are put into the system with dates and why on holdReport Non-Wine receiving discrepancies to Wine Rack /RJ Merchandising ManagerIdentify opportunities to increase control and accuracyInvestigate pick ticket issues along with inventory issuesEnsure we follow FEFO/FIFOIssue NCR’s to vendorsInventory at Risk Management ControlsEnsure customer return and damage locations are maintained dailyInventory daily Integrity MaintenanceIdentify process improvements opportunities to increase order accuracy and complianceCleaning of damage locations dailyMaintaining and reconciliation of virtual locations daily40%Health and SafetySupport objectives of the Health & Safety CommitteeEnsuring Health and Safety of all Employees at the Mississauga DCFollow Preventative Maintenance ProgramEnsuring all Hourly Staff Certifications are up to dateEnsure compliance of ISO and HACCP guidelinesOwner of yearly GMP, ISO and HACCP auditsConduct monthly MDC JHSC inspections15%Qualifications:EducationMinimum Required:Secondary School DiplomaPreferred:Post-secondary education in General Business/Administration/Supply Chain or related discipline is an assetExperience 1-2 years comparable experience1-2 years of supervisory experienceQualifications, Certifications or Designations MHE CertificationAbility to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environmentAdvanced communication skillsAdvanced coordination skillsIntermediate computer skills including database and computer applicationsDemonstrated ability to multi taskAttention to detailOrganization and planning skillsCOMPENSATION: Budgeted Range – ($78,200.00 - $101,200.00)The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
