Job Description Server – Il Corvo, North VancouverIl Corvo is a new Italian restaurant in North Vancouver, rooted in handmade pasta, seasonal ingredients, and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for enthusiastic Servers to join our opening team and help create a warm, welcoming neighbourhood dining experience.At Il Corvo, servers are more than just order-takers, you’ll play a central role in shaping the guest experience. From sharing our story and guiding guests through the menu, to delivering attentive, thoughtful service, you’ll help make Il Corvo a place people want to return to again and again.What You’ll Do•Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to every guest• Guide guests through our menu, with a focus on handmade pasta, Italian inspired dishes, and curated drinks• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service• Anticipate guest needs, handle feedback with professionalism, and resolve issues quickly• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room environment• Support teammates on the floor to keep service running seamlesslyWhat We’re Looking For• At least 2 year of serving experience in a restaurant setting• A passion for hospitality and interest in Italian food and drink culture• Strong communication skills and a positive, team oriented attitude• Reliable and detail oriented, with the ability to stay calm under pressure• Serving It Right certification required• Weekend availability is requiredCompensation & Benefits• $18/hour + tips• Extended health, dental, and vision benefits for full-time staff Why Join Il Corvo?Il Corvo is more than just a restaurant, it’s a neighbourhood gathering place built on great food, thoughtful hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere.
