 Position: Mechanical Workface Planner - CNRL Horizon - Maintenance  Project Type: Maintenance Project Location: [[custProjLoc]]  Shift: [[shift]]  Schedule: [[custSched]]  Accommodations: Camp Travel Details: Fly to and from site from the Calgary or Edmonton flight hubs  GC: Graham Allied Partner: Heartland Constructors Inc. Reference Number: 30179  Jardeg is currently recruiting a Mechanical Workface Planner to join the maintenance team at the CNRL Horizon site in Fort McMurray, AB.  This is a permanent position starting in February on a 7 on 7 off shift schedule, working 11.5 hours per day. Camp accommodations and flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton flight hubs. Maintenance Planners are responsible for organizing the project work scope into manageable, measurable, progress-able and safe work packages. Responsibilities: Under general supervision, executes front/end or field execution WFP activities for a single construction discipline.Collaboratively works within the WFP team and with Construction and other Project Functions.Mentors new Workface Planners as required.Has the ability to work as the sole Workface Planner for a single or multiple disciplines (if proven education and experience) on smaller projects. Minimum Requirements: Related industry experience with inter-provincial red seal (i.e. Millwright, Pipefitter, Ironworker) or technologist certification is requiredExperience with planning, budgeting and estimationStrong computer skills: Maximo or equivalent CMMS; Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Project/PrimaveraThis role requires a satisfactory employment verification and criminal record checkSatisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol TestStrong collaboration skills that enable you to build strong, positive relationships with diverse groupsCommon Safety Orientation (CSO) Preferred Qualifications Millwright trade background preferredPrevious workface planning and/or project controls experience           COME AND GET YOUR BOOTS DIRTY At Jardeg, we power the workforce behind Graham and its trusted workforce partners, recruiting skilled trades and construction professionals who help deliver complex projects across Canada.
