**What would you be doing?**
- Oversee all planning and execution deliverables for maintenance and outages.
- Attend meetings, review plans and schedules in advance, and provide necessary input.
- Estimate and develop comprehensive Workface Plans, including equipment, tools, PPE, and logístical support.
- Assist with field activities as needed.
- Brief the foreperson on planned work at the start of each shift.

**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, with a preference for industrial or construction backgrounds.
- Proficient in Mechanical Piping and Instrumentation, focusing on long-term maintenance, operations coordination, and equipment management.
- Certifications in CSTS20 is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of Workface Planning and skilled in using MS Office and SAP.
- Ability to engage with upper management, clients, suppliers, and vendors while effectively prioritizing and managing tasks in high-pressure situations.
