In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll oversee all aspects of the dealership—from sales and service to finance and fixed operations—while building a motivated team and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Location: Sunset Strip Owen Sound, Ontario NK N (Nissan) Hours: Varies - Monday to Saturday Earning potential is based on your ability to sell effectively and run a profitable dealership. We provide you the tools and training required to excel in this position.  What You Will Be Doing: Follow the daily checklist for the department Oversee and manage all staff within the location Track and report sales performance, oversee fixed operations, and property management Ability to manage several customer needs at any given time Manage inventory levels based on seasonally demanding product lines Manage growth and profitability of the business Build relationships with customers Provide training for all forward positions Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and all other workplace regulations and policies Ability to manage and meet all government inspections within a permitted time period Other duties as required What You Bring to the Table: Applicants must have a desire and passion for the automotive industry with a strong management background + years of experience in the automotive industry  Minimum of years of management experience in the industry Sales experience required Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines Must be organized, responsible, able to abide by all relevant safety requirements.  Positive Teamwork Attitude Strong computer & leadership skills Good communication skills and attention to detail  Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure  So why work for us?  The Group of Companies is privately owned and % Canadian + State-of-the-art facilities including a "Google-like" call centre and an , sq. ft. centralized service "Hub" A fun, fast-paced, and high-energy work environment with exciting initiatives and rewarding perks.
