This role requires a dynamic, people-oriented leader with over ten years of hands-on VFX production management experience within a studio or production company. The ideal candidate has deep experience producing and leading in the Canadian market and a strong ability to collaborate with global teams. You will oversee production operations, mentor regional staff, manage client relationships, and champion innovative workflows for continuous improvement and operational excellence at Eyeline.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all active productions in Vancouver, ensuring projects stay on budget and on schedule.
